Spiced roasted cauliflower - super easy and tons of flavor, perfect for a lazy day! Once they are out of the oven, you can use them with dairy free yogurt dip on the side or stuff them inside your tacos or favorite flat bread. You can also make them on the stove top in a skillet.

Serves 2-4
Ingredients
1 large cauliflower head, cut into small florets
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
4 tbsp olive oil
Cilantro, chopped (optional)

Preheat oven to 450°F.
Place the cauliflower on to the baking sheet.
In a bowl, add the olive oil and the dry spices and mix well. Add the cumin seeds, salt and pepper.
Pour the oil and spice blend on to the cauliflower and toss well until the florets are coated evenly with the spices.
Bake for 25-30 minutes/until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Add lemon juice and cilantro (if using)
